ph948 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) suspected fraud, collusion, or prohibited activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) months; or (e) as required by PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law.

Upon account closure by ph948 due to a verified breach of these Terms and Conditions, any outstanding balance in your account may be forfeited. Where account closure is initiated for reasons other than breach — including account inactivity — any verified funds remaining in your ph948 wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method following applicable security and AML verification procedures.

You may close your ph948 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures.
